About Us
Dr. Teniah Avent earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Florida A & M University, and a Bachelor of Human Science with a focus on Exercise Science from Florida State University. She created Stretch X out of a desire to promote a more holistic approach to addressing muscle and joint pain management.

Stretch X is a mobile stretching company that serves West Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties in Florida. The focus is on helping clients improve their well-being through practitioner-assisted stretching.

Stretch X takes a "whole person" approach in wellness care, which means addressing all limitations, discomfort, and pain. Under the supervision and care of an experienced Stretch X Practitioner, clients report an overall better quality of life.
