Stretch X uses specific techniques to strategically position, stabilize, isolate, and manipulate muscles utilizing proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF). PNF involves both stretching and contracting (activation) of the muscle group being targeted in order to achieve maximum flexibility.

Stretch X uses innovative breathing exercises to encourage decreased stress levels, improve posture and overall wellness.

Recovery times and injury avoidance are our top priorities, especially for athletes. Stretch X will target the correct muscle groups that will support athletic performance, increased range of motion, improved balance.
